Declaration of Ownership

I, Digide S. Johnson Sr., Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Supersonic Technology Solutions, declare that Supersonic Technology Solutions is the sole owner of the Liberia Economic Intelligence Platform (LEIP) and of every component of the platform described in this declaration.

This declaration is made to record title, to inform every user, subscriber and client of the platform, and to state the conditions on which the platform may be accessed and used.

Supersonic Technology Solutions is a technology firm that designs, builds, finances and operates data and analytics products for public and private sector clients.

Supersonic Technology Solutions holds full legal and beneficial title to the platform. No other person, institution, donor, data publisher or user holds any ownership interest in the platform.

The Liberia Economic Intelligence Platform is a proprietary economic intelligence system that consolidates macroeconomic, fiscal, sectoral, county, health, education, security, trade, maritime and development data for Liberia into a single analytical environment.

The platform presents published statistics, derived indicators, sector research, forecasts and distribution services (including subscriber digests, alerts and approved exports) through its web application and its AI-assisted analytical tools.

Ownership extends to the software and source code of the platform, its database schema and structure, the compiled and curated datasets it holds, its analytical methodologies and derived indicators, its forecasting and scoring models, its dashboards, charts, visualisations and report formats, its artificial intelligence assistants and prompts, its written documentation, and its name, logo, trade dress and branding.

Ownership also extends to the arrangement, selection, structuring and presentation of data within the platform, independently of the ownership of the original published figures.

Title arises from the conception, development, financing and operation of the platform by Supersonic Technology Solutions.

Access to the platform, a free or paid account, a newsletter subscription, an approved data export, or the submission of feedback, corrections or suggestions does not transfer, assign or share any ownership interest, and does not create any partnership, joint venture or agency between the platform and the user.

The platform reproduces figures published by Government of Liberia institutions, development partners and other public sources. Those figures remain the property of their publishers and are used with attribution.

Supersonic Technology Solutions owns the compilation, normalisation, derived calculations, analysis and presentation built on top of those figures.

Subject to acceptance of the terms of use, users may read, analyse, quote and cite the platform content for research, investment analysis, policy work and reporting, with attribution to the Liberia Economic Intelligence Platform, Supersonic Technology Solutions.

Downloading of reports, spreadsheets and data exports is available only through the platform export process, with administrator approval where the platform requires it.

Without prior written authorisation from Supersonic Technology Solutions, no person may reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit platform content; create derivative or competing products from it; systematically scrape, harvest or mirror the platform or its datasets; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, models or prompts; or remove ownership, copyright or attribution notices.

The platform and its intellectual property are protected under the copyright, intellectual property, cyber, electronic transactions and data protection laws of the Republic of Liberia, and under applicable international conventions.

Supersonic Technology Solutions reserves all rights and remedies available to it in respect of any unauthorised use of the platform.

Access to the platform is granted on condition that the Declaration of Ownership and the terms of the ownership structure have been read and accepted. Acceptance is recorded against the user account with its date and the version of the terms accepted.
