Terms and conditions of the ownership structure
These terms apply to every user and subscriber of the platform.
1.Acceptance
By accepting, you confirm that you have read the Declaration of Ownership and these terms, that you accept them, and that you are authorised to accept them on behalf of any organisation you represent. Acceptance is recorded against your account together with its date and the version of the terms accepted.
2.Ownership remains vested in the owner
The platform and all of its components remain the exclusive property of Supersonic Technology Solutions. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership, equity or proprietary interest to a user or subscriber.
3.Licence granted
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the platform and to use its content for internal research, investment analysis, policy work and reporting, for as long as your account remains in good standing.
4.Restrictions
You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit platform content; create derivative or competing products from it; scrape, harvest or mirror the platform or its datasets; reverse engineer the platform or attempt to extract its source code, models or prompts; or remove ownership and attribution notices.
5.Attribution
Any quotation or citation must identify the Liberia Economic Intelligence Platform, Supersonic Technology Solutions, and the original publishing institution of the underlying figures.
6.Subscriptions and digests
Subscribers provide an accurate address, keep subscription emails for their own use, and may pause or leave the distribution list at any time. Subscription does not grant any right to redistribute digest content.
7.Data, estimates and no advice
Figures are drawn from published public sources and are provided as published. Forecasts, scores and modelled estimates are analytical outputs, not statements of fact and not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. The owner gives no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose and accepts no liability for decisions taken in reliance on the platform.
8.Account security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account, and you may not share access, automate retrieval, or use approved exports outside the purpose for which they were requested.
9.Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or withdrawn, and export privileges revoked, where these terms are breached or where continued access presents a risk to the platform, its data or its sources.
10.Changes to these terms
The owner may revise the declaration or these terms. A revised version is published with a new version number, and continued access requires acceptance of that version.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, and the courts of Monrovia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
