Privacy Policy

This platform, the Liberia Economic Intelligence Platform (LEIP), is owned and operated by Supersonic Technology Solutions. This policy explains what information the platform collects about the people who use it, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

Account information: the name and email address you provide when you create an account, and your password, which is stored in hashed form by the platform and is never visible to platform staff.

Usage information: the pages and tools you open, the reports you read, and the searches you run, so that the platform can measure what is useful and keep it working.

Your own saved work: bookmarks, watchlists, saved revenue targets, alert settings and export requests you create.

Correspondence: the message you send through the contact form, together with the address it came from.

Subscription information: the name and email address given when you subscribe to digests and report alerts, and your stated preferences.

Payment information: where a paid subscription is used, payment is handled by the payment provider. The platform receives confirmation of the purchase and an order reference, not your card details.

To create and secure your account, sign you in and keep your sessions valid.

To deliver what you asked for: dashboards, saved views, digests, alerts, reports and approved exports.

To understand how the platform is used, which sections are read, and where it can be improved.

To respond to your enquiries and to contact you about your account or a request you submitted.

The platform stores a session token in your browser so that you stay signed in between visits. Removing it signs you out.

The platform uses aggregate usage measurement and advertising measurement tags. These record page visits and actions, not the content of the pages you read. Browser privacy settings that block cookies or measurement scripts reduce this collection without affecting access to the platform.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your name or email address with advertisers.

Figures published by Government of Liberia institutions and other public sources are not personal data and are not covered by this policy.

The platform relies on service providers for hosting, file storage, email delivery, payment processing and usage measurement. They process information only to provide that service to the platform.

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or to protect the platform, its data or its sources.

Account information is kept for as long as the account exists. Request logs and usage records are kept for a limited period and then discarded. Export requests, approvals and their audit trail are retained as a record of what was released.

You may ask to see the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its personal information to be deleted.

You may pause or leave the subscriber list at any time, from any digest email or through the contact page.

Requests are made through the contact page and are actioned by the platform administrator.

Access to the platform is protected by an account and password, and account data is held in access-controlled storage. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account.

Downloaded reports, spreadsheets and exports are released only through the platform export process, with approval where the platform requires it.

This policy may be revised as the platform changes. A revised version is published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the platform is on the basis of the current version.
